Online payments can be made at www.moneytreeinc.com/payments. Telephone payments may be made by calling Moneytree Customer Service 1-800-745-1011.
It depends on a number of things.
• When applying online, it is important to submit all of the requested documentation and information. With all of the necessary information, Moneytree can typically make a loan decision quickly.
• If you are approved, you will receive an email or text message with your approval and an offer of credit. If you are not approved, you will also be notified by email or text.
• Once approved, you can log into your online account and choose how much you'd like to borrow, up to your approved amount, and how you want to receive your funds. The amount of time it takes to receive your funds will depend on your preferred funding method:
1. Pick up cash at your nearest Moneytree Branch (same day in states where available)
2. Instant Funding¹ to your qualifying debit card account (same day)
3. Load to Moneytree-issued prepaid debit card (same day)
4. ACH deposit to your bank account (up to 5 business days)
